National park Krka is in the area of Šibenik city. It is well known for numerous lakes and beautiful waterfalls. The widest of them is 400 meters in width. The karst region has formed a special landscape which has a unique vegetation with more than 840 sorts. Many of them are endemn.

Turquoise water is crystal clear and nice for swimming. Among numerous cultural and natural places here stands the oldest hydro power plant in Europe.
